By completing registration, THE USER DECLARES TO HAVE READ AND FULLY ACCEPTED, WITHOUT ANY RESERVATION, THIS CONTRACT and TERMS OF USE, which sets out the "General Conditions" applicable to the use of the services offered by EVORA, which provides an interactive internet service, offering a virtual platform, leasing virtual spaces, and hosting content provided by third parties. EVORA is a service that provides virtual store tools to various entrepreneurs on the web, where visitors freely choose a store from which they wish to purchase products and services of interest to them. Therefore, EVORA does not make sales, does not act as an intermediary, and does not offer its own products or services. The services provided are operated and managed by EVORA on the worldwide computer network ("Internet"), within the servicio@usoevora.com site and other formally affiliated platforms.

Upon completing registration and the aforementioned sign-up, THE USER DECLARES THAT THEY ARE OF LEGAL AGE, EMANCIPATED, OR ARE BEING REPRESENTED BY A LEGALLY COMPETENT PERSON, AND THAT BOTH HAVE FULL CIVIL AND CRIMINAL CAPACITY.

Any person, hereinafter referred to as the "USER," who intends to use EVORA's services must accept these Terms of Use and all other policies and principles governing them. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL FOR THE USE OF THE PLATFORM AND ITS SERVICES.

The USER must read, ensure they have understood, and accept all conditions set forth in the Terms of Use, as well as in any other documents incorporated herein by reference, before registering as a USER of EVORA.

1. PURPOSE

1.1 The services covered by these Terms of Use consist of making available to USERS, directly or indirectly registered in its system, a set of stores, commercial establishments, sellers, and self-employed individuals previously registered, who will use the EVORA platform to offer goods, products, and services owned by merchants to interested USERS.

1.2 The USER is responsible for completing their personal information, ensuring that their registration does not cause any harm or inconvenience to third parties.

1.3 After browsing the Virtual Store, the USER may purchase goods, products, and services from the virtual establishments they find, by accepting the terms and conditions specified herein and paying the price established for each purchase, subject to the deadlines established in each transaction as defined by the seller in question.

1.4 The delivery time for products and/or services will be as agreed with the virtual store selling the product, at the time the purchase is completed.

1.5 The publication, acquisition, and delivery of the product or service will take place according to the following stages:

a) Publication of the Offer by the VIRTUAL STORE: The offer will be published on the platform provided by EVORA and will remain available for the period stipulated by the contracting party for the USER's selection.

b) EVORA does not guarantee the product or service, nor is it responsible for delivery. EVORA is not responsible for possible inaccuracies, lack of availability, or stock shortages of the product chosen by the USER in the VIRTUAL STORE.

c) Selection of the product or service: The USER interested in purchasing a product or service may do so freely in the VIRTUAL STORE.

d) Delivery of the Products and/or Services Offered: The USER is aware and hereby declares to agree that any product and/or service offered by the VIRTUAL STORE on the platform is purchased directly from the VIRTUAL STORE, and that the VIRTUAL STORE is exclusively and fully responsible for the delivery, quality, quantity, condition, existence, legitimacy, and integrity of the products and/or services offered. The USER is aware that EVORA does not hold possession or ownership of the products and/or services offered through the platform. By choosing a product and/or service through the platform, the USER declares to have accepted the rules and conditions of the VIRTUAL STORE's offer, and declares to be aware of the conditions of use, payment, receipt, and validity period of their selection.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO REGISTER ON THE WEBSITE

2.1 EVORA's services are available only to persons who have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Therefore, persons who do not have such capacity, including minors, or persons who have been temporarily or permanently barred from EVORA, may not use the services.

2.2 It is also not permitted for the same person to hold more than one registration as a consumer user, except for consumers who also have a VIRTUAL STORE. If EVORA detects duplicate registrations through its data verification system, it will permanently disable all such registrations.

3. REGISTRATION

3.1 Only the registration of an interested party who completes all fields of the form will be confirmed. The prospective USER must fill it out with accurate, precise, and truthful information, and undertakes to update their personal information whenever any change occurs.

3.2 EVORA is not responsible for the accuracy of the personal information entered by its USERS. USERS guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, and authenticity of the personal information registered.

3.3 EVORA reserves the right to use all valid and possible means to identify its USERS, as well as to request additional information and documents it deems relevant in order to verify the personal information provided.

3.4 If EVORA decides to verify the accuracy of a USER's registration information and it is found that the information is incorrect or false, or that the USER refuses to submit the requested documents, EVORA may block the USER from making purchases or selecting products or services, or may temporarily suspend or permanently cancel their registration, without prejudice to any other measures it deems necessary and appropriate.

3.5 If any of the aforementioned sanctions are applied, any selections made will be automatically canceled, and the USER will not be entitled to any compensation or refund for that reason.

3.6 The USER accesses their account using their name and/or email and password, and agrees not to provide this information to third parties, taking full responsibility for any use made of it.

3.7 The USER agrees to immediately notify EVORA, through a secure means, of any unauthorized use of their account, as well as any unauthorized access by third parties. The USER will be solely responsible for transactions carried out on their account, given that access to it is only possible through the password, knowledge of which is exclusive to the USER.

3.8 Under no circumstances will the assignment, sale, rental, or any other form of transfer of the account be permitted, under penalty of cancellation for violation of EVORA's policies.

3.9 The USER expressly agrees that EVORA and/or any of its partners may send the USER informational emails or SMS messages regarding specific communications about products and services available or that may become available on the platform, as well as other commercial messages, such as offers from third parties affiliated with EVORA and platform updates. If the USER no longer wishes to receive such messages, they must request cancellation of such communications on the platform itself.
