Shipping and Freight Policies

All products available on usoevora.com are shipped directly from our suppliers abroad (Switzerland, the United States, Russia, and China) to the address provided at the time of purchase, and delivery takes 15 to 25 business days (on average, after the product is shipped), depending on the location. The product is shipped within up to 10 business days after payment confirmation in our system.

Orders placed via bank slip (boleto) take 1 to 3 days to be confirmed in our system.

We guarantee a tracking code so the customer can monitor the progress of their order's delivery.

Attention: In certain cases, this delivery timeframe may be extended by a few additional business days due to delays, strikes, holidays, periods of high demand at the Postal Service, or situations beyond our control.

EVORA guarantees delivery of the order and takes responsibility for refunding the full amount paid for products that are misplaced or lost during the delivery process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and with free online tracking. Delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.

1.2 Insured Shipping

"If the product is delayed and not delivered within 70 business days from shipment, on that date the full amount will be refunded 100%."

1.3 Order Tracking

Products will be shipped via the Postal Service or another shipping company. There will always be a tracking code that allows the customer to follow the progress of the delivery. EVORA is committed to instructing the customer on how to track their products. The code to access tracking will be sent to your email as soon as it is available to EVORA.

The order tracking code is provided between 3 and 9 business days after payment confirmation.
The tracking code may take 5 to 10 days to show shipping information on the Postal Service website.

2. General Conditions (Customer Service)

2.1 Care with Order Addresses

EVORA ships products to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to avoid problems with the delivery of your order, please pay close attention when completing the address where you wish to receive it.

2.2 Recipient Absent

Please make sure someone is at the address to receive your products. The Postal Service makes three delivery attempts; if no one is at the residence to receive the package on any of these attempts, it will be taken to the Postal Service branch nearest to the address, in which case the recipient will need to pick up the package at the branch within 7 calendar days.

If the recipient does not pick up the package, according to Postal Service policy, the package will be returned to the sender, and it will be necessary to pay a new shipping fee for the product to be resent.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Postal Service branch where the recipient must pick up their package in case of absence, will be recorded in the order tracking, which can be checked on the Postal Service website using the tracking code provided by the store.

2.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

EVORA is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided in orders placed with the store. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, according to Postal Service policy, the package will be returned to the sender and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

If delivery is not completed due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer will not be entitled to a refund. A new shipping fee, in the amount of R$ 55.00 (shipping cost + Postal Service fee), will need to be paid for the product to be resent.

2.4 Products Subject to Fees

If there is any charge for the customs clearance fee (the customs clearance fee is the amount paid to the Postal Service for providing support and administrative assistance services in customs processing activities, which aims to cover the costs of the process of receiving items, X-ray inspection, storage, collection and transfer of taxes — when applicable —, communication with recipients and senders, as well as the return of the package when the recipient does not pay the applicable taxes. Under the new import model implemented, all international shipments are subject to this charge) — R$ 15.00 — Postal Service (in effect since 08/27/2018), will be the responsibility of EVORA.
